Crossora Education Consultants is dedicated to helping Indian students access quality global education across countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. We provide free consultation, personalized guidance, and end-to-end support—from profile building to university admissions and visa filing.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct outbound calls to potential students and educational institutions.

Explain Crossora’s services: profile evaluation, university shortlisting, SOP/LOR assistance, visa filing, etc.

Provide detailed guidance on study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia).

Handle student queries related to documentation, exam prep, visa processes, and interview training.

Convert leads to confirmed student enrollments through follow-ups and consultations.

Record all student interactions in the CRM system accurately and on time.

Collaborate with internal counselors and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Meet or exceed assigned monthly conversion targets.

**Required Qualifications**

Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or student counseling (preferred in the education domain).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong persuasion skills and ability to manage objections.

Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.

Basic understanding of international university admissions processes.

**Compensation Structure**

**Fixed Pay**: ₹6,000-₹7,000/month based on experience and interview.

**Performance Incentive**: ₹20,000 per successfully enrolled student to an international university (paid post-confirmed admission).

**Additional Support**

Training on Crossora services and processes will be provided.

Access to templates for SOPs, resumes, document checklists, and visa prep.

Team collaboration tools and communication support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
