**Work Schedule: Fixed (Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM)**

**Pay: upto ₹ 10,000 per month**

To be successful as a tele caller, one should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.

Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through **outbound calls**to introduce our services and products, creating lasting impressions and building trust.
- Respond promptly and professionally to **inbound inquiries,**offering accurate information and addressing concerns effectively.
- Keep **detailed records of interactions in the CRM system**, ensuring data accuracy for follow-ups and reporting.
- Consistently **meet or exceed daily/weekly engagement targets,** contributing to team success.
- Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Telecaller Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
