**Job Title: Sales Trainer (Part-Time)**

**About SkillClasseZ**:
**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Trainer at SkillClasseZ, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging sales training sessions tailored to high school students. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, and you will have the opportunity to create video lessons and training materials to enhance the learning experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive sales training materials and curriculum suitable for high school students.
- Deliver live or recorded training sessions covering topics such as sales techniques, communication skills, and customer relationship management.
- Create engaging video lessons and supplementary materials to reinforce key concepts.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students to help them improve their sales skills.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that training materials are current and aligned with industry standards.
- Stay updated on sales trends and best practices to continuously improve training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high school students.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques suitable for a high school audience.
- Previous experience in sales training or teaching is preferred but not required.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Compensation: INR 500-700 per instructional hour, commensurate with experience and expertise.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
