We are looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our Sales Training Program at Jari Hai. The trainer will play a key role in delivering impactful learning experiences for adult learners, focusing on building sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Designing engaging PPTs and lesson plans tailored for adult learners.
  • Delivering interactive and result-oriented training sessions.
  • Creating assessments to evaluate learner understanding and progress.
  • Checking assessments, sharing detailed feedback, and guiding learners towards improvement.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings:
  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Minimum 7–8 hours per week required.

Compensation

  • Training Sessions (including PPT design, lesson plan, and assessment creation): ₹2000 – ₹3500 per session (based on experience).
  • Assessment Checking & Feedback: ₹300 – ₹600 per hour (separate compensation).

Requirements

  • Prior experience in soft skills / sales / communication training for adults.
  • Strong presentation and content design skills (PPT, lesson planning).
  • Ability to create and evaluate assessments with detailed, constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and learner engagement skills.
