**Position Overview**

Replicon is currently looking for Communication and soft skills Trainers to support the learning needs of its global workforce. Reporting to the Global Head, Learning & Development, this role will be responsible for the conducting products-focused on-boarding learning programs for all new employees and other related activities for existing employees across Replicon’s multiple locations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Training delivery:

- 70% behavioral skills trainings to senior level target audience - Leads/First Time Managers/existing Managers & above
- 30% communication skills training to Individual Contributors (Engineers/ Senior Engineers level)
- Design, plan and implement effective training curriculum on aspects of behavioral skills & communication skills
- Able to build customize training contents and assessment tools
- Responsible for managing and monitoring other behavioral/communication skills training in the Organization from entry to mid-level employees
- Provide support to drive process improvement by conducting individual coaching & feedback sessions and periodic one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction, communication skills and productivity
- Good knowledge of modern training techniques

**Skills**
- Minimum 4 years of training delivery experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent facilitation & collaborative skills
- Ability to articulate
- Utilize learning methodologies and learning tools
- Strong people skills to connect with all levels
- Certifications in the behavioural skills domain
