**Position**:IT Recruiter (Specialized in sourcing Corporate Trainers)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. **Specific Recruitment Experience**:

- You **must have hands-on experience** in **sourcing and recruiting IT Corporate Trainers** - not general IT roles.
- Trainers should be from areas like:

- **ERP**: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
- **Cloud**: AWS, Azure, GCP
- **Testing**:

- **Programming**: Java Full Stack, Python
- **UI/UX**:

- **Databases**, **Big Data & Analytics**:

- **Mobile Technologies**:

- **AI / ML / RPA / Blue Prism**

2. **Full Recruitment Cycle Handling**:

- End-to-end hiring ownership:
Source → Screen for skills & interest → Check salary & availability → Schedule → Offer Coordination → Joining follow-up.

3. **Recruitment Knowledge & Skills**:

- **Must understand the IT recruitment market well.**:

- Should be able to work with **tight deadlines and aggressive targets**.
- Should be good with **Excel** and preferably familiar with **ATS tools**.
- **US IT recruitment, Non-IT, or HR roles** experience is **not relevant** here.

4. **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,079.22 - ₹33,731.53 per month
