Job Title: SAP RAP/BTP Corporate Trainer (Online)

Location: Remote

**Job Description**:
Sanglob Business Services is seeking an experienced SAP RAP/BTP Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality online training sessions to our esteemed client. This is a contract position for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming) and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive online training sessions for 20-25 participants.
- Deliver a structured curriculum over 60 hours spread across 20 days.
- Facilitate training sessions for 3 hours each day.
- Provide expert guidance and support to participants, ensuring a thorough understanding of SAP RAP and BTP concepts.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a high level of engagement and knowledge transfer during training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP RAP and SAP BTP.
- Proven experience in conducting online training sessions for corporate clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and engage a diverse group of participants effectively.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and using online training platforms.

Relevant Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP RAP and SAP BTP.
- Expertise in RESTful ABAP Programming.
- Proficiency in Business Technology Platform services.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Excellent virtual training delivery techniques.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide personalized feedback and support to participants.
