**Job Description: Cybersecurity Trainer (Intermediate/Expert)**

**Position**: Cybersecurity Trainer
**Location**: Remote/Onsite (Flexible)
**Employment Type**: Part-Time/Full-Time/Contractual
**Experience Level**: Intermediate/Expert in Corporate Training

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training materials tailored to the needs of corporate learners at intermediate or expert levels.
- Conduct hands-on sessions and workshops on various cybersecurity modules such as:

- Identity and Access Management (SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, OKTA)
- Cloud Security (AWS, Azure)
- SIEM Tools (Splunk, Sentinel)
- SAST & DAST (Application Security Testing)
- Network Security (Palo Alto, Zscaler Proxy)
- Kubernetes Security
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- PKI Certification
- Provide both online and offline training as required, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices.
- Customize training programs to align with organizational needs and industry standards.
- Evaluate and assess participants' performance to provide feedback and improve training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the client to identify training needs and adjust programs as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS Security, Azure Security).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, delivering intermediate or expert-level training.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools such as SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, AWS, OKTA, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt content to meet the skill levels of trainees (intermediate/expert).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience in corporate training with large enterprises.
- Previous experience in consulting or developing cybersecurity programs for corporate environments.

**Key Competencies**:

- Strong technical and practical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent instructional design and course delivery skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to learners.
- A proactive approach to engaging and motivating learners.

**Other Details**:

- Competitive remuneration based on experience level (Intermediate/Expert).
- Flexible working hours and mode of delivery (Online/Offline).
- Travel may be required for onsite training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹11,337.64 - ₹70,040.71 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
