We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practices. The ideal candidate will have both strong technical expertise and teaching skills to train students or professionals in real-world cyber defense, ethical hacking, and information security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training content on cybersecurity domains such as network security, ethical hacking, incident response, cloud security, and risk management.
  • Conduct live sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs to enhance practical learning.
  • Prepare training materials, assessments, and projects aligned with industry certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Evaluate learners' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update course content and ensure curriculum relevance.
  • Mentor and guide participants in implementing cybersecurity practices and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles (e.g., Security Analyst, Penetration Tester, SOC Engineer, or related).
  • Proven experience in training, mentoring, or teaching cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of security tools such as Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, etc.
  • Familiarity with frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Industry certifications preferred: CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing online or blended learning modules.
  • Prior experience training corporate professionals or college students.
  • Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity topics for diverse audiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
