**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Deliver comprehensive and practical cyber security training sessions in **Tamil**, both in-person and online.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and programs to ensure they are current and relevant to industry standards.
- **Assessments & Feedback**: Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, exams, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Hands-on Demonstrations**: Conduct live demonstrations of cyber security tools, techniques, and best practices.
- **Industry Updates**: Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cyber security and integrate them into training modules.
- **Consultation & Guidance**: Offer guidance and support to participants, helping them address real-world security challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other trainers and team members to ensure high-quality training delivery.

**Required Skills**:

- **Cyber Security Expertise**: Strong understanding of information security, ethical hacking, malware analysis, network security, cryptography, incident response, and other relevant cyber security fields.
- **Teaching Skills**: Proven ability to train and communicate complex concepts in a simplified manner, especially in Tamil.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **Tamil** (both spoken and written) is a must, with the ability to explain technical terms clearly in the language.
- **Hands-on Experience**: Practical experience with security tools like firewalls, antivirus software, encryption, SIEM tools, etc.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues during training.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum **2 years of experience **in cyber security.
