**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training on cyber security concepts, tools, and techniques in Tamil.
- Develop and deliver course materials, including presentations, study guides, and hands-on labs.
- Train participants on various cyber security topics such as network security, ethical hacking, threat management, data protection, incident response, etc.
- Assess participants’ knowledge and skills through evaluations, quizzes, and hands-on exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.
- Customize training programs based on the audience's skill level and specific industry needs.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience.
- Assist in the development of e-learning modules and online training resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in the cyber security field.
- Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in cyber security is an advantage.
- **Fluency in Tamil** (both written and spoken) is essential for delivering training.
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts such as firewalls, encryption, malware, and threat analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in conducting live demonstrations, hands-on labs, and practical training sessions.
- Familiarity with various security tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage training schedules effectively.
