We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices to students or professionals. You will design, develop, and conduct training programs that enhance participants' understanding of information security and prepare them for real-world challenges and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, network security, cloud security, and related topics.
  • Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with current industry standards.
  • Conduct practical, hands-on lab sessions using relevant tools and technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
  • Prepare students for professional certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or OSCP.
  • Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers to update and improve course content.
  • Maintain training infrastructure, tools, and virtual lab environments.
  • Mentor students and support them with career guidance in cybersecurity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in cybersecurity training or hands-on cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, risk management, and incident response.
  • Experience with popular cybersecurity tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
