**About the Role**

The SOC provides a 24/7 first point of contact for security related incidents within the organization. Its members monitor the environment for abnormal behavior and potential security breaches. They review, triage, and investigate security alerts, and respond to or escalate security incidents.

**What you will do everyday?**

  • Work as part of the SOC Support team which supports the AxInter IT Services through a ticket-based system and multiple security portals.
  • Provide excellent cyber security incident analysis and response through communication on various platforms - written and verbal
  • Tracking work in progress and recording issues and solutions for Security incidents
  • Monitoring incoming alerts/incidents and escalate to the relevant teams where necessary
  • Troubleshoot cyber security related configuration on Microsoft security products.

**Your Superpower**

These skills include but are not limited to the following

  • Experience and a strong understanding of cyber security and security operation center but not limited to incident analysis and response.
  • Have a good, sound knowledge of how to secure IT and Data functions within an Enterprise Environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Be able to prioritize workload based on impact and severity
  • Wazuh SIEM and Microsoft Azure, defender and O365 experience (Must)

**Requirement**

  • Proven track record in SOC Support - minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role(s)
  • SIEM or cyber-Security certifications desirable
  • Flexible to work in shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
