**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and versatile **Cybersecurity Trainer** who can design, deliver, and manage hands-on training sessions across beginner to expert levels. If you're deeply certified, thrive in dynamic environments, and love inspiring the next generation of cyber warriors this role is built for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging training on cybersecurity domains such as:

- Network Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC Operations, Cloud Security, Red Teaming, ISO 27001, etc.
- Develop custom content, labs, and challenges (CTFs, scenarios, etc.)
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and internship sessions for diverse audiences
- Mentor and guide learners toward certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, Cisco, and beyond
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to enhance hands-on and certification-driven learning
- Evaluate participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and track skill progression
- Represent CyberFort Tech at events, conferences, or academic collaborations, as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven training experience in cybersecurity or related disciplines
- **Minimum 2-3 certifications** from any of the following: CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CHFI, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP Security), ISO 27001, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust Architecture)
- Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Burp Suite, SIEM (QRadar/Splunk), Kali Linux, etc.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to break down complex concepts for diverse learners (students, professionals, SMEs)

**Preferred Extras (Good to Have)**
- Experience in designing virtual labs or using platforms like TryHackMe, Hack The Box, AWS Cyber Range
- Prior experience with online LMS platforms or webinar delivery (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
- Background in ISO implementation, VAPT, GRC, or real-world consulting

Contract length: 60 months

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
