JOB DESCRIPTION — Sales Trainer (Digital Products & Membership Services)

Client: A UK-based Digital Services Firm

Location: Remote (WFH)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Joining: Immediate

1. Compensation Structure during 3-Month Probation

  • ₹18,000 per month
  • + 1% of all sales revenue generated by Sales Specialists trained by you

Post-Confirmation

  • ₹30,000 per month
  • + continued 1% of revenue from your trained team

Performance-based bonuses may be awarded as the team scales.

2. Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Trainer to build and manage the training engine for a fast-scaling sales team promoting digital platforms, online membership products, and client services.

The role involves:

  • Training new Sales Specialists
  • Creating sales scripts, training decks, objection matrices
  • Running daily coaching sessions
  • Driving performance and discipline
  • Strengthening communication and closing skills
  • Ensuring high-quality sales operations across a large remote team

This is a high-impact role with substantial influence on overall revenue performance.

3. Key Responsibilities

Training & Coaching

  • Conduct daily live training sessions (foundation + reinforcement)
  • Run weekend sessions for new batches
  • Train on:
  • Script delivery
  • Call structure
  • Pitch confidence
  • Objection handling
  • Closing techniques
  • Follow-up discipline
  • Daily performance reporting

Sales Enablement Material

  • Build a complete library of:
  • Sales scripts
  • Pitches
  • Decks & playbooks
  • Do's & Don'ts
  • Follow-up templates
  • Objection-handling matrices
  • Training videos / voice samples (preferred)

Onboarding & Activation

  • Train new Sales Specialists weekly
  • Ensure they are ready to pitch and deliver results
  • Provide refresher training for low performers
  • Ensure daily activity discipline and reporting

Performance Development

  • Track performance of trained reps
  • Analyxe behavior and communication issues
  • Recommend improvements
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop between:
  • Training
  • Recruitment
  • Operations
  • Performance management

Culture, Behavior & Discipline

  • Build a motivated, structured, and accountable sales culture
  • Enforce consistent communication quality
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance in every customer interaction

4. Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

  • 2–6 years experience in:
  • Sales training
  • Tele-sales / inside sales coaching
  • BPO or customer-service training
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to coach large remote teams
  • Comfort with fast-paced, high-output environments
  • Strong command over English + Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in training teams for:
  • Digital products
  • Online memberships
  • Subscriptions
  • Tech-enabled services
  • Ability to build training videos and demo pitches
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and customer behaviour

5. Success Metrics

  • Quality of trained Sales Specialists
  • Number of active + productive reps per month
  • Consistency of scripts and daily reporting
  • Closing improvements across cohorts
  • Stability and motivation of the sales force
