Inside Sales Representative/customer Service

Establish and maintain professional contact with prospective clients
- Comprehend the client needs to make suitable service suggestions
- Obtain new orders and create new accounts by answering product inquiries by a potential clientele.
- Do follow-ups and with the focus on conversion
- Identify new leads by analysing the market trends and activities of the competition
- Build a business network to generate new leads
- Initiate sales process and create proposals from client inquiries
- Maintain a database of all prospective customers, follow-ups and conversions
- Achieve the set sales targets and aim for better results
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Language: English
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with a potential client
- Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and respond to client inquiries
- Good composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct and concise written response
- Has basic knowledge about web hosting
- Excellent typing skills
- Effective closing and prospecting skills
- Time management and immediate prioritization of goals
- Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to approach prospects confidently
