1. Manage a team of representatives offering customer support.

2. Oversee the customer service process in **B2B and B2C.**

3. Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.

4. Create policies and procedures.

5. Plan the training and standardization of service delivery.

6. Select and hire new staff.

7. Monitor the work of individual representatives and of the team.

8. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff.

9. Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

10. Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team.

**Skills**:1. **A minimum of 2 years experience in placement or service sale and support.**

2. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

3. Ability to lead a team.

4. Knowledge of CRM systems.

5. Computer skills.

6. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

7. A bachelor’s degree in **Administration **or a related field (MBA HR, Finance, Marketing).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
