**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:
**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, NON VOICE CAMPAIGN.**
**THIS IS 24X7 CAMPAIGN. PAY HIGH ON NIGHT SHIFT.**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Customer Service Representative Requirements**:

- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Can do onsite training and hybrid set up once endorsed to production if required.
- Atleast 1 year BPO Experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashik,
