**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, health camps, and promotional activities.
- **Brand Promotion**: Develop strategies to promote services through print media, outdoor advertising, and local partnerships.
- **Lead Generation**: Drive inquiries through field marketing, corporate tie-ups, and on-ground activations.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with printing and advertising vendors for timely production and placement of marketing materials.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize events like free consultation camps, awareness drives, and corporate workshops.
- **Reporting**: Track and report the performance of offline campaigns, providing actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market in Gurgaon and surrounding areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
