**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement offline sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various offline channels such as direct sales, events, trade shows, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and attend offline marketing events, conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of offline campaigns with overall company strategies and goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in Sales and Marketing (Offline), preferably in **[Hospitality/Event Industry].**:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of offline sales channels and marketing tactics.
**Compensation**:
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Variable **incentives** based on revenue generation.
