We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and drive offline marketing initiatives for our chain of salons. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing various offline marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our salons and attract new customers. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to execute impactful campaigns will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to our salons.
- Plan and execute offline advertising campaigns across various channels such as print media, billboards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional merchandise.
- Organize and attend events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase our salon services and engage with potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to explore partnership opportunities and sponsorships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral and promotional materials for special events, seasonal promotions, and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels and tactics, including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and event marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a genuine interest in staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
