INLIGHT is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high‐visibility and flame‐retardant workwear under the brand name INLIGHT, proudly produced by Star Safety Hub. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, we are India's first BIS licensee for Flame Retardant (FR) clothing and high-visibility (Hi-Vis) workwear for many applications. Our products conform to IS (Indian Standards) 15809, 15748 and European EN ISO 20471, 11612 standards.

We serve sectors like oil & gas, cement, metal, aviation, sea ports, logistics & warehousing and more. We also customise safety jackets with premium reflective tapes (e.g., 3M Scotchlite) and support client branding.

As we expand our marketing footprint, we are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, lead generation and support our growth.

Role Overview

The
Marketing Coordinator
will work closely with the
Marketing Executive and company owner
to ensure smooth execution of offline marketing activities aimed at increasing awareness and sales of INLIGHT's safety products.

This role involves
coordination, follow-ups, vendor management, field activity planning, data collection, and event support
— all focused on
offline, on-ground marketing
. You'll help speed up marketing operations, ensuring every campaign, event, and customer interaction is well planned, timely, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination & Execution Support

  • Coordinate with the
    Marketing Executive and company owner
    to plan and execute all offline marketing initiatives across focus industries.
  • Track timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables for smooth execution.
  • Maintain checklists for ongoing marketing tasks, follow up with suppliers and internal teams for timely completion.
  • Ensure marketing materials, samples, and collaterals reach field teams or exhibitions on schedule.

2. Customer & Market Support

  • Support the marketing team in identifying new customer segments, especially in
    oil & gas, cement, metal, aviation, seaport, logistics, and warehousing
    sectors.
  • Collect and organize data from customer visits, feedback forms, and inquiries received through offline campaigns.
  • Prepare and update simple databases of leads, prospects, and key contacts for follow-ups.
  • Assist in market research related to competitor branding, pricing, and visibility at industrial clusters and project sites.

3. Coordination Between Sales, Marketing, and Management

  • Work as the communication link between the company owner, marketing executive, and sales team.
  • Prepare weekly summaries of marketing activities, leads, and outcomes for review meetings.
  • Help align marketing actions with ongoing sales opportunities — ensuring that campaigns support real business growth.
  • Track inquiries from marketing events and coordinate with the sales team for quotation or follow-up.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to
    industrial marketing, PPE, or workwear
    sectors is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (vendors, staff, and management).
  • A proactive attitude with ownership of tasks and eagerness to learn from senior professionals.
