**Role Description**

**Your role as a Tender Executive involves managing the process of electronic tenders or government tenders (Online & Offline Submission) related to Advertising Agency/ Media Agency (Print, Electronic, Events/Exhibitions, Outdoor, Digital Media)**

**Here's an overview of what these roles typically entail**:

- Tender Identification: You research and identify relevant tender opportunities that align with your organization's expertise and objectives. This includes monitoring online portals, government websites, and other sources for tender notifications.
- Tender Analysis: You thoroughly review tender documents, assess the requirements, terms, and conditions, and determine the feasibility and suitability of bidding for the tender. This involves understanding the scope of work, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and any mandatory requirements.
- Documentation and Submission: You prepare the bid documentation, including the technical proposal, commercial offer, supporting documents, and any other required attachments. You may coordinate with graphic designers or writers to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of the bid. You ensure that all the documents are properly formatted and submitted within the specified time frame.
- Post-Tender Activities: After the submission deadline, you may assist in the evaluation process by providing additional information or clarifications, if required. You stay updated on the tender outcome and communicate the results to the relevant stakeholders. In case of a successful bid, you may support the contract negotiation and initiation process.

**Qualifications**

The person should be minimum Graduate with 3 - 4 years of experience in documentation with good proficiency in Handling mails, Letter Drafting, MS Word, Pdf, Excel, Digital Signing etc. for documentation process.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
