Job Description - **Tender Executive**

Sandeep Enterprises is a Sales and Service Provider for PSUs, Govt Agencies, Armed Forces and Paramilitary forces across India. We are Authorized Channel Partners/Distributors for leading manufacturers and work with them to provide Industrial Machinery, Industrial Safety Goods, Air Compressors etc to Govt entities. We are looking for an experience Tender Executive.

The Tender Executive is expected to be well versed with GEM and should be able to grasp technical specifications and understanding of products quickly. The Executive will be required to work with customers to secure orders either through Direct means, L1 Comparison or through Bidding. The key responsibilities of Tender Executive are
- Find suitable tenders on GEM and other portals; and submit for analysis
- Submit tenders in time with proper documentation
- Upload Catalogues with correct specifications for submitting tenders
- Generate L1 comparison sheets for direct orders
- Help customers identify catalogues and generate direct orders
- Submit clarifications as raised by Buyer after consultation with Manager
- Orders Won vs Lost analysis with breakup
- Preparation and submission of documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the Online Platforms
- Prepare Offers to Private companies/institution etc.
- Assist department with all documents support for online tender participation, liaison with Govt/PSU/Corporate Departments for vendor registration, approvals and renewal.
- Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required.
- Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantee’s like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees. Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.
- Preparation of EMD and Bank Guarantee Statement.
- Coordinate with departments / Tender Inviting Authority to ensure timely return of SD/BG/EMD once the validity period is over

Qualifications and Skills of Tender Executive:

- Good at using MS Office Tools
- Fast at understanding technical specifications
- Working knowledge of GEM portal
- Good at preparing documents/letters for official submission

Office Location - Bestech Chambers, Sector 43, Gurgaon (700m from Huda City Metro Station)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:
