Tender Executive

A Solar Tender Executive the end-to-end tendering process for solar energy projects. This includes identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. They collaborate with various teams (engineering, finance, legal) to compile technical and commercial proposals, and manage the submission of bids. Key Responsibilities:
- **Tender Identification and Tracking**:Monitoring various tender portals (government and private) for solar project opportunities, analyzing requirements, and summarizing key information.
- **Bid Preparation and Submission**:Preparing technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, and submitting bids on time.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to solar industry regulations and company policies, maintaining records of tenders, and standardizing bid formatting.
- **Coordination and Stakeholder Management**:Liaising with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance), vendors, and clients to gather information, address queries, and facilitate smooth communication.
- **Post-Bid Activities**:Following up on submitted bids, responding to queries, and coordinating post-award activities like contract finalization and Bank Guarantee procurement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Maintaining dashboards and trackers for tender submissions, deadlines, and post-submission follow-ups, providing regular reports to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market trends, and tendering processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using tender management software and MS Office suite.
- Experience in managing bids for solar projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of tendering is also beneficial.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
