**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor government portals, e-tender platforms, and publications for relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
- Analyse tender documents to understand project scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to gather necessary documents and inputs.
- Prepare and compile technical and financial bids as per tender guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders both online and offline, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Maintain a tender tracker and update management regularly on tender status and outcomes.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and participate in pre-bid and post-bid clarifications or meetings.
- Maintain records and documentation of all tenders and related correspondence.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tendering, bidding, or proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of government and private procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with e-tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement sites) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
