**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to CEO

**Location**: Bangalore, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, calendar, and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel plans.
- Demonstrate fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English in both written and verbal communication.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Handle travel-related logistics and expense reports.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, providing solutions when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
