**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers to the service department and assist with job card opening.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for vehicle status updates.
- Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle progress.
- Handle incoming calls, service bookings, and appointment management.
- Collect customer feedback (CSI) and ensure concerns are resolved.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records, service reminders, and follow-up logs.
- Support escalations by coordinating with the service team.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service (Automobile service experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Pleasant personality with patience and problem-solving ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
