Longefit Health Pvt Ltd., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented **Female Customer Relationship Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service expertise, capable of managing day-to-day operations, fostering positive relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and fitness trainers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with services provided. Proactively address and resolve any concerns or requests to enhance the customer experience.
- **Operational Oversight**: Efficiently manage daily customer bookings, ensuring the timely allocation of preferred training times based on client preferences.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**: Work closely with fitness trainers and other team members to create a harmonious and productive work environment.
- **Data Management**: Regularly update and maintain accurate client information and records in the system software to ensure up-to-date details.
- **Client Inquiries & Support**: Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries regarding services, promotions, and membership options.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any client concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
- **Policy Adherence**: Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a respectful and compliant workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both Malayalam and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred.
- An interest in or understanding of the fitness industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
