**Customer Relationship Executive**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Tele Marketing and Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, following up on existing leads, and managing our customer database.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns they may have
- Identify opportunities to upsell our forex trading services to existing clients
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and customer retention

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
