Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Relationship Management**:Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.

**Tele-Marketing**:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain features, and highlight benefits.
Utilize persuasive communication techniques to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and track interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services, their unique selling points, and competitive advantages.
Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to both existing and potential customers.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
Maintain a proactive approach to sourcing potential customers and initiating contact.

**Sales Pitch and Presentation**:Create and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of individual clients.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to potential customers to facilitate informed decision-making.

**Follow-up and Conversion**:Follow up with leads and potential customers to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
Convert qualified leads into sales by addressing objections, providing solutions, and building trust.

**Reporting and Data Analysis**:Maintain accurate records of tele-marketing activities, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on tele-marketing performance and effectiveness.

**Customer Feedback and Insights**:Gather feedback from customers and potential clients to provide insights for product/service improvements and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and suggestions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
