
Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. As a Customer Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers. You will be engaging with customers through various channels, including messaging, social media, and phone calls, to address their inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive overall experience with our company.
**Responsibilities**:
2. Social Media Management: Manage our company's social media accounts and engage with customers on social platforms. Post updates about our products and services, respond to comments and messages, and address any issues raised by customers.
3. Phone Support: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with their queries, order inquiries, and complaints. Provide accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking deliveries. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
5. Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
6. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
7. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their preferences and previous purchase history.
8. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints. Provide insights to the management team to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
9. Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with customers and implement strategies to retain them, fostering long-term loyalty to the company.
10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and contribute to continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service representative or customer relationship executive.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
