We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Field Sales Executive** to join our team at [Company Name], a leading provider of scent marketing solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across hospitality, retail, wellness, and corporate sectors.
- Conduct field visits to prospective clients, deliver product demonstrations, and promote scent marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored scent solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business reach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B, FMCG, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in fragrance or sensory marketing solutions.
- Existing network in hospitality, retail, or spa/wellness industries.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
