**Job Title: Customer Success Executive - Project Management**

**Location: On-Site [Sector 49, Gurugram]**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Compensation: upto INR 25,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and resolve any potential risks or issues to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Ensure the smooth handover of completed projects to the customer success or support teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, customer success, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for ensuring client success.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in [industry-specific tools or technologies].
- Previous experience working in a customer success or SaaS environment.
