**Job Role**:
The success for us is to take the burden off administration from any educational institution of managing students and focus on learning & teaching. This is where you come in.
In order to give that smooth human touch to our Customers, we need you to join the Campus 365 team as a Customer Success Executive.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers once the implementation phase is completed
- Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Understand customers’ needs and priorities to optimize the use of the platform
- Identify new opportunities: up-sell, cross-sell, additional training
- Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customers
- Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Sales) to drive better results
- Resolve billing and Support inquiries in a timely and productive manner
- Ensuring high customer NPS across all partner schools
**Required Qualifications**:
- Well-organised and excellent time management abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow processes
- More than 1 year of experience

- Self Starter, Believes in Teamwork, Takes Ownership & Responsibility
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal) is key
- Able to learn a wide variety of technologies at a rapid pace
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
