
Customer Success Intern

**Working Days : Mon - Fri**
**Duration : 3 months**
**Stipend : INR 15,000 per months**
As a **Customer Success Intern**, you will work alongside the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This internship provides you with hands-on experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and communication. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with onboarding, customer training, troubleshooting, and gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in onboarding new customers by providing them with relevant resources, training, and support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up with clients to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Help analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the Customer Success team in managing customer inquiries, including resolving issues, troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and product documentation.
- Participate in customer feedback sessions and assist in gathering testimonials or case studies.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are communicated effectively.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate a customer-first mentality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous internship experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
