**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with our products and services, and delivering a high standard of customer experience. You will act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery. You will also be involved in project management to ensure that all client needs and project requirements are met on time and within scope.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Coordination between Clients and Technical Team: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal technical team, ensuring seamless communication, understanding of client requirements, and timely delivery of solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project timelines, track progress, and coordinate with various teams to meet client expectations.
- Onboarding and Training: Assist clients during the onboarding process and provide training and guidance on product features, best practices, and functionality.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any concerns or issues raised by clients. Work with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.
- Product Feedback: Collect feedback from clients regarding product usage and communicate insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on client account health, usage metrics, and overall satisfaction. Prepare regular updates for senior management.
- Client Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and product usage.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, or a similar role. Experience in a tech-based environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of technical concepts, systems, and software solutions. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate them to non-technical clients.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess client issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Client-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring clients have a positive experience and their expectations are met.
