**Shift**: 24/7 Rotational (6 Days Working, 1 Weekly Off)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Customer Success Associates** for the **CX Domestic Process**. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a strong ability to resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, and comments accurately.
- Follow standard procedures and protocols while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient query resolution.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduation is mandatory
- **Skill Set**:

- Excellent communication in English & Hindi (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Basic computer literacy
