**Key** **Responsibilities**:
- Conduct 20-30 daily calls to prospective and existing clients
- Schedule and deliver product demonstrations via phone and video calls
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions and products
- Manage subscription/license renewals to maintain high customer retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams for seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in presenting products via video and phone calls
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or B2B product sales is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
