Sales Executive

2 to 5 years experience in REAL ESTATE with RESIDENTIAL and/or SECOND HOME.
Experience in giving tours and basic presentations at show flats / Villas of LUXURY RESIDENTIAL
Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Executive:
- He/she will be responsible for Tele callings, Follow ups, Doing Viewings on site with Walkin Clients
The Prime role is to attend to client's and give them details about the project and give them tour of the site / show villa / project
Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement.
Excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred English Hindi and Gujurati Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - Has to find ways to achieve their monthly ttargetof site visits and maintain our company's positive image.
You will be responsible for generating leads within assigned focus projects
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches. **Report on site visit activities to senior management.**
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Maintain Decorum and healthy environment in the company.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
