The Marketing Coordinator will support the hotel's marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and enhance guest engagement. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality and travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update the hotel’s website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Sales, PR, and Revenue teams to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals and promotional offers.
- Monitor marketing metrics (e.g., campaign performance, web traffic, social media engagement) and create regular reports.
- Support the creation of hotel brochures, menus, event flyers, and signage in line with brand standards.
- Assist in organizing and promoting hotel events, press visits, influencer partnerships, and guest experiences.
- Help manage relationships with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Stay current on hospitality and tourism trends, local events, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and guest service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
