**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment. This role is key in supporting the smooth functioning of the store and providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Store Operations**:

- Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise the opening and closing of the store, including securing the premises and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor store performance and implement store policies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and that all merchandise is well-displayed and accessible.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and offering suggestions based on their needs.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and helpful store environment.

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure stock is adequately replenished.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock rotation, and ensuring products are properly stored and labeled.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage restocking and order placement.
- Ensure that products are received and checked for quality and accuracy.

**4. Sales Support**:

- Assist in achieving sales targets and work with the team to maximize store profitability.
- Assist in product merchandising and display to attract customers and highlight promotions.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing activities as directed.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure excellent store operations and customer experience.
- Train and guide new staff members on store policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Provide feedback and support to improve team performance.

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with maintaining accurate records, including sales reports, inventory logs, and daily operations logs.
- Handle cash register operations, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management on sales, stock, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with inventory management or stock control.
- Basic knowledge of retail management software or tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends.

**Work Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fast-paced retail environment, with standing for long periods and lifting up to [X] pounds.
- Some travel may be required for store management or training purposes.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
