The Office Administrator is responsible for handling day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.

**Office Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Coordinate office layout and workspace arrangements.

**Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft and edit official correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between different departments within the organization.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare meeting rooms, equipment, and materials as necessary.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and budgetary constraints.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office expenses and financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Assist with HR wherever there is an necessary
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

**Technology and Equipment**:

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
- Manage office equipment, including copiers, printers, and telecommunication systems.

**Safety and Security**:

- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and manage office security, including access control systems.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other administrative staff to optimize office processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
