
Service Coordinator

**Position Overview**: The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating services for clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves communication with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders, as well as administrative duties to support service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction and Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide information and guidance to clients about available services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and services for clients.
- **Coordination and Liaison**:
- Act as a liaison between clients and service providers.
- Coordinate with various departments and external organizations to deliver services.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication among all parties involved.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and service plans.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Manage client files and ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**:
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during service delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction and quality of service.
- Follow up with clients to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Diploma(Mech, Elec, Elec, Auto) or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a related industry.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
**Working Conditions**:
- Regular working hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
