**Admin Coordinator**

**Location**: Ernakulam

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Take initiative in managing office schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases for easy accessibility.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Provide support for organizing events, workshops, or meetings.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.
- Handle client communication and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in administrative coordination, marketing, or related fields.
- **Education**: MBA (required).
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in marketing activities, including social media and content management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in an admin coordination or marketing role.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
