**DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

2. 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry.

3. Knowledge of travel coordination, vendor management, and office administration.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. UAE based experience will be added advantage.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **

1. Oversee daily office operations including filing, correspondence, and documentation.

2. Manage procurement of office supplies, PPE, and marine/offshore consumables.

3. Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and licenses

4. Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa processing for company staff.

5. Coordinate mobilization and demobilization schedules for company staff.

6. Handle vendor registration, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

7. Manage office facilities, maintenance, and service providers.

8. Support procurement and inventory management of project-related materials.

9. Assist HR in onboarding, ID card issuance.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and statutory

11. Support Finance/HR/Admin Managers with reports and documentation.

12. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of records.

13. To Comply with all QHSSE rules/regulations of OTS.
