Service Coordinator

Qualification: Degree or Diploma
Experience: 1+ years
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
**Client Communication and Support**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Scheduling and Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, repairs, or support visits.
- Assign service technicians or professionals to tasks based on availability and expertise.
- Monitor service delivery timelines.
**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and resolutions.
- Prepare service reports, logs, and performance metrics.
- Document complaints or feedback and follow up as needed.
**Team Support and Communication**
- Collaborate with service teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate client needs or issues clearly to service personnel.
- Monitor workloads and assist in balancing assignments.
**Compliance and Quality Control**
- Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Monitor quality of services and take corrective actions when needed.
- Assist in audits and quality assurance checks.
**Billing and Administrative Tasks**
- Assist in invoicing or processing service-related payments.
- Generate cost estimates or quotes for services.
- Maintain up-to-date client files and service agreements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
