**Project Coordinator**
**Experience**: 1-2 years in sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage various projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise between clients, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support the sales team in developing and implementing project timelines, deliverables, and strategies.
- Monitor project progress and report on any potential issues or delays.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Help in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Ensure the effective use of resources and assist in the allocation of team members for tasks.
- Track project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Communicate project updates and results to management and clients as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or project coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects at once.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software (preferred).
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work under pressure.

**Additional Details**:

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
- Salary is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
- Immediate joining preferred.
