A Chef de Partie **runs a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the Sous Chef**. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
**Chef de Partie duties and responsibilities**
- Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant's opening.
- Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line.
- Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal.
- Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
