The Senior Chef de Partie (Sr. CDP) is responsible for supervising and executing daily kitchen operations within the Experience Centre, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. The Sr. CDP takes care of maintaining inventory and upholding the culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the operations of the kitchen. Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and quality expectations.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with company recipes, portion control, and hygiene standards.
  • Must be good in menu planning, costing, and daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Monitor inventory, control wastage, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.
  • Assist in developing new dishes and improving existing recipes.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years as a CDP or DCDP.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental / Indian / Asian / Baking.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high-quality output.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
